Issue #55700 is also present in TYPO3 CMS 6.1.8 and 6.1.9.
We have just found out that these versions are also affected by this bug.
In 6.1.7 copying a page does right - just beside the fact the thumbnail is missing before next saving of the cObj.
But we also have the bug that when copying a page with cobj including images, on the new copied page the cobjs have no images assigned and the cobs of the source page have duplicated images.
Bug #55700 was only reported and fixed for master branch, but should also be fixed here.
