I can reproduce this behaviour in http://demo.typo3.org/ .

Login in to http://demo.typo3.org/introduction/typo3 . Enable the RTE for the BE user, if not. Go to Page mode, than "Content Examples/Examples of Rich Text" . Switch to "QuickEdit". Hit the "Fullscreen Rich Text Editing" Button.

It will end in a "404 Not Found" , because the path in

<a href="../../../../../../mod.php?M=wizard_rte&amp;...

seems wrong.

Link wizard on the title link field is also broken. There seems to be a backpath problem on this page.
