Replace clearcache menu spinner with font awesome

Description

Currently, the spinning wheel displayed after clearing the cache is a graphic larger than the used font.
This causes a "jumping" of #typo3-topbar. Replace the spinner with the font awesome spinner.

Additionally, adjust the text-align to avoid wobbling of fa-spinner.
