Deleteing content elements in language 1 e.g. will delete also the source-elements in the default language!?

e.g.:
- I create 3 data records in the default language.
- Then I press the button "Copy default content elements" in the column of language1
- Afterwards I delete record Nr.2 e.g. ONLY in the column of language1.
- Then automatically also record Nr.2 of the default language will be deleted!?
IMO this cannot be correct!?
