The vast majority of system extension manuals still mention version 6.2 and a copyright year ranging up to 2013.

The version number must be updated in the Settings.yml file and reused in the root Index.rst file by using the |release| substitution instead of a hard-code version number.

For the copyright year, the change must be done in both files.

This is very important so that the proper version appears on docs.typo3.org.
