Improve the site name in the top bar

Description
Hi,
I think it's good to have the site name in the top bar of the backend.
But, if the site name is very long, it become ugly, we must limit it to 50 chars per example and append a "..." if the site name is more long.
By the way, the style is not nice, I purpose to use the share font and to add a external link to the frontend (print screen)
