Column 'headline' cannot be null

Description
If the linkvalidator finds a wrong link in an content element which has an empty header, the insert gives an error (Column 'headline' cannot be null).
Create a headline fallback (see patch) or allow NULL in the headline column.

Now it would be nice if it would be against master ... the backports will be normaly done by the ACs automagicaly. ;)
Will push it to master too, but the CWT says to push it to the needed branch.
Maybe update the documentation?
