Refresh display button breaks return urls

Description

If one edits (pencil) a tt_content element from the linkvalidator module after pressing "Refresh display", the return urls are "badly" formed causing a "Invalid form/module token detected. Access Denied!" error after you save & close the tt_content element.

Return url before "Refresh display":

alt_doc.php?returnUrl=/typo3/mod.php?M=web_info&moduleToken=b89601bf1ed748182c9565855cdffbfbbccb299e&id=2&?id=2&search_levels=999&edit[tt_content][8]=edit

Return url for the same element after "Refresh display":

alt_doc.php?returnUrl=/typo3/mod.php?M=web_info&moduleToken=b89601bf1ed748182c9565855cdffbfbbccb299e?id=2&search_levels=999&edit[tt_content][8]=edit

Both url's are "badly" formed with "?id=2" should be "&id=2" but only the last one, will give the "Invalid form/module token detected" error.
