Description

Security Fix #62723 breaks frontend caching if config.prefixLocalAnchors is set to "all".

To reproduce:
  • Install TYPO3 >= 6.2.9
  • Set config.prefixLocalAnchors = all
  • Active Admin Panel: config.admPanel = 1

Caching will be turned off for some reason.
