Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Chrome 41 on current master (7.2-dev, bd6a816908f7d377d88057ce0b7208d033a5ecb3)
2. Create a new file relation on a content element to a file with extension "JPG"
3. See a failure stating "extension JPG is not allowed here"
4. Rename the file itself to have extension "jpg"
5. Create the relation, see it works now.
