Description

When ajax.php was introduced for TYPO3 CMS 4.2
the main target was to introduce a proper API to also
deal with different charsets used in the Backend.

Nowadays the request charset and the AJAX call
are the same (UTF-8 only) for all Backend calls,
so this functionality has no effect anymore and
can be safely removed, as everything is UTF-8.
