[SYS][UTF8filesystem] is true

upload of "test file及电子.txt":
in the filesystem the file name is correct but the backend shows the error with "???" (screenshot).

What is your setting for [SYS][systemLocale]?

What is your database collation? (Is it possible to use such characters in the database?)

Cannot reproduce on 7.2-dev (master)

  • UTF8filesystem = 1
  • systemLocale = empty

On 6.2-dev, the same, it just "works"
