Install Tool fails on upgrading 4.5 LTE site to 6.2 fails on 6.2.12

Description
When trying to upgrade a 4.5 LTE installation to 6.2 using 6.2.12 source, I get this error when trying to load the install tool:
PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Tx_Extbase_Object_Container_Container in /www/typo3_src-6.2.12/typo3/sysext/extbase/Classes/Object/Container/Container.php
on line 34
Setting the symlink back to 6.2.11 source this error doesn't occur.

This looks like an opcache problem. Can you try to clear the opcode cache or restart your webserver?

I stopped Apache, checked for php processes (there were none) and restarted Apache. Same problem.
