Hi

in Workspace it tries to make a MySQL SELECT query to the table 'sys_file' with the fields: 'uid,pid,t3ver_wsid,t3ver_state,t3ver_oid'

But in 'sys_file' table those columns do NOT exist: 't3ver_wsid,t3ver_state,t3ver_oid'. That's why it throws an exception at (line: 172):

typo3/sysext/version/Classes/Dependency/ElementEntityProcessor.php

This occurs when 'file_reference' (in TCA or flexform) is used in a custom extension.

Adding those columns to 'sys_file' will solve the problem.

I hope this case will be considered with the release of next TYPO3 version.
