Description
Linkvalidator can't validate Filelink created in RTEHtmlArea. They seems to be catch by InternalLinkType before it can process in FileLinkType.
Moreover, it can't work, since the filelink validate the path of the file but it receive an identifier file:XXX.

Can you explain me, why the linkhandler should resolve links to files? How can I reproduce your problem?
