Description

For the FormEngine JS refactoring we make a local copy of jsfunc.tbe_editor.js and jsfunc.evalfield.js as first step.
The next step is moving the logic from jsfunc.tbe_editor.js and jsfunc.evalfield.js into the new AMD modules and remove the old files from EXT:backend.
After the refactoring has finished we can/must decide how to cleanup the QueryBuilder which currently make use of the both JS files.
