Description

When installing TYPO3 with composer the generated symlinks are different from "old" expected behaviour and this gives false negatives in install tool "Folder Structure" checks.

    /index.php is a link, but link target is not as specified
    Link target should be typo3_src/index.php but is ../vendor/typo3/cms/index.php

    /typo3 is a link, but link target is not as specified
    Link target should be typo3_src/typo3 but is ../vendor/typo3/cms/typo3

    /typo3_src should be a link, but it does not exist
    Links cannot be fixed by this system
