EM: "Get preconfigured distribution" show only distris that comply with version constraints

Description
The list of "get preconfigured distribution" gets longer ...
I'd suggest to skip those distris that are not suited for given core version constraint. eg. a 4.5.0-6.2.99 distri should not be shown in 7.x at all.
Futhermore, it would be cool if we could show a different image for "official distribution". detecting that seems to be possible already (a flag is show "official distribution"), so it should also be possible to show a more cool image for official distributions than the box with question mark image?!
