Provide untouched newPassword parameter in felogin password_changed hook

Description
With the current state it is not possible to use the hook with enabled ext:saltedpasswords. The newPassword is always salted when my extension try to get the newPassword. But i need the unsalted newPassword.
I can't set the loading order of my extension before saltedpasswords, or I miss something?
