IMHO it's a thinkabout worth to make CKEditor http://ckeditor.com/demo#standard the default Rich Text Editor in TYP03. In the long run perspective.

It's a great idea, throw out this aged RTE. CKEditor is the same tool that is built into Drupal 8... ;-) It provides shortcuts!! But in my opinion is the editor in Neos the better solution...

CKEditor has inline (frontend) editing, too
