Cache requireJS config in order to avoid searching all the extensions all the time

Description
\TYPO3\CMS\Core\Page\PageRenderer::loadRequireJs() walks through all extensions for each request in BE in order to collect all AMD module paths.
Cache this information to avoid that overhead, which is slow due to filesystem interaction.
