As we want to support PHP from 5.5 to 7.0 in 7LTS, what is the issue with testing this ini setting?
The ini directive is not there anymore so the check is superfluous for PHP 7. This leads to errors notices while installation and in InstallTool. They are not preventing the user from installing but IMO the installer should give valuable feedback and not check for ini settings which are not there.
