Set "si" as the default for cObj fileSizes

Description
Hello Core,
we just have added some related files to Georg Ringers "news". We are wondered about the filesizes like 53 Ki or 1.4 Mi. OK, I know these values, because I have learned them in my IT lessons, but I haven't found someone else who knows about Mibibytes and their factor 1024.
So please, we can't expect that all website visitors know Mibibytes. Let us switch the default value back to our well known k, M, G.
