Use modal dialog for refresh after field change

Description
Fields part of TCA requestUpdate or marked with FlexForm <onChange>reload</onChange> trigger a confirmation dialog.
This dialog is currently implemented using the low level JavaScript confirm function which has the disadvantage of blocking the current processing queue. It is also not in line with other confirmation messages implemented with modal dialogs in the backend.
Thus this dialog should be re-done with a modal dialog.
