Cleanup EXT:felogin directory structure

Description
Move template, language file (easy one) and flexform
in the right place, also make sure to use closures() for the
php files that reside in Configuration/TCA/Overrides/

Hi Benni,
the new directory structure affects the translation for this plugin. The german language files for this plugin still reside in /typo3conf/l10n/de/felogin/pi1/. That doesn't match and there is no german translation installable with 7.5. Do you want me to write a bug report?
