Make Colorpicker Image paths relative to PATH_site

Description

Currently, for whatever reason, the Colorpicker only accepts images with paths within the Typo3 directory (PATH_typo3) or within an extension directory.
When using extensions like DCE or gridelements this is really annoying, as there is no chance to store the images in fileadmin or any other folder.

It would be sufficient to change the parameter for getFileAbsFileName in the init function (i.e. change
GeneralUtility::getFileAbsFileName($this->exampleImg, 1, 1);
to
GeneralUtility::getFileAbsFileName($this->exampleImg, true, false);
)
