Optimize overruleTypesArray handling

Description
Provide own DataProvider to override processedTca types part with definition from overruleTypesArray.
Remove all exceptional handling of this array from other dataproviders.
Better name overruleTypesArray to inlineOverruleTypesArray, because only inline record types are affected by this array definitions.
