I found an bug on
"Backend usergroups" -> "Mounts and Workspaces" -> "Fileoperation permissions:"
If i uncheck all checkboxes and save the backend group the default checkboxes are set again.
To retrace the problem try to uncheck all checkboxes and save the backend group.
