Description
Problem/Description¶
When you deploy a TYPO3 instance to a new host and all is green in the install tool you wonder why all is working. A few hours later, the first editor writes you an email "I've tried to delete a file within filelist/contentelement but it didn't works.
ToDo(s)¶
- Permission check (green/red) in install tool which checks file/folder deletion within the "suspicious" folders
- OR maybe some other check like we have for GFX
Acceptance Criteria¶
- Deleting files/folders are automatically tested by install tool

maybe mine are silly questions or observations:
- install tool already checks for folder read/write permissions inside the "folder structure" section
- have you checked the permissions of BE users/groups?
