Super long RTE in flexforms

Description
It happens when the RTE is located in a tab in flexform and not directly visible when page is loading.
When you reload the form it remembers the last active tab, so this issue happens not all the time.
When it happens, it looks like this:

Oh, I've opened the dev tools of chrome and the bug suddenly disappeared.
So maybe you can trigger some kind of rte.refresh(), when the tab changes.

Yes it is a duplicate. I did not see the other because I've limited my search to category "FormEngine".
