Description

The special=categories in HMENU should allow to change the category conjunction. As of now, it always behave in a OR way. It could be very usefull to build a menu of pages that have Cat1 AND Cat2 (...)

Maybe there is another simple way to do this I did not thought of but I think it should be as straightforward as setting something like

.categoryConjunction = AND
