Description
1. Exception when uploading an existing file without "Overwrite" setting activated
Reproduce:- Upload a T3D file
- Uncheck "Overwrite existing files" and upload the same file again.
2. Exception when opening "Export" module as a non admin
3. Exception when opening "Import" module as a non admin

The user must not have permission to access an available file storage.
