Description

The marker ###PLACEHOLDER### in the template_css.tmpl contains a new line which leads to a problem caused by the recent changes in the substituteMarker function. All markers after this will not be replaced because of the new line character.

This is an easy fix and might avoid confusion if integrators copy / paste the template or use the original template of the extension. The old table-based default template is fine.
