Description

Typo3 interprets the php setting upload_max_filesize = 0 as post data being limited to 0 bytes:

However, according to the PHP implementation, a max size of 0 is handled as unlimited:

On a valid request, first two IF-statements validate to false, thus it only checks for a positive bytelength of the data.
