Page Module: copy content element not possible on empty pages

Description
It is not possible to copy a content element to an empty page in page module. You always have to do this via list module.

Why not?
Copy a element from a page and then go to the empty page.
You can paste the element with the "paste-icon" on the right side, see attached image.

The button is only visible, when you hover it with the mouse! I didn't know about this hidden feature and consider it a bad user experience.
By the way: you need to refresh the current page, if you want to use this feature to copy a CE from one column to another on the same page (tested with latest master and no BE layout).

It's already changed to paste icons besides the add content icons together with a modal. Similar to the way it is done in Gridelements.
Done in master and IIRC in 8.0 as well.
Don't know if this will be backported though.
