Description

Problem
Removing many extensions that could be dependend among each other takes some time an could be automated.

Documentation
Then uninstall any extension, that is not shipped with the core.
This will avoid broken backend after upgrade due to removed class alias layer.

Possible solutions
  1. There could be a secured button in the extension manager
  2. In the install tool there could be a point for migration preparations (there are already some postmigration tools)
