"Transfer selection to clipboard" in list view is broken

Description

When in the list view and using clipboard 1, 2 or three, you have the possibility to select one ore more items on that page and transfer them all together to the clipboard . The button "Transfer the selection of records to the clipboard" in the header of each table is currently not working. A click on the button results only in a reload of the page, but nothing is transfered to the clipboard.

The error occurs in master as well as in 7 LTS.
