RTE context menue position is wrong

Description

If you right click in the RTE of TYPO3 8.x the context menu will nor appear beside the cursor. Instead it appears at the top left corner of the Iframe. (See screenshot).
It seems to me like the position from the top is absolute so note that the window was scrolled down.
