Description

TYPO3\CMS\Recordlist\RecordList\DatabaseRecordList has a property $newWizards which should activate the "new content element wizard" when clicking on the "+" buttons to create a new record.

Unfortunately, this setting is only used in the list header, but not in the + buttons of the list rows.
