As an editor I want to create file-links with type “static selection of files”
Acceptance Criteria:- I want to have a field for the link title.
- A warning is displayed
- If no title is given - text “the link should have a title which describes the user the link-target”
- If the title is not unique - text “the title should be unique”
The warning contains the WCAG rule and a direct link to the explanation of the rule (WCAG 2.4.4, Level AA - https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG20/quickref/?showtechniques=11%2C111#navigation-mechanisms-refs)
Technical Description / Additional Information:
Currently in the media record there is only field for overriding the title for the thumbnail but none for the link title.

As there is currently no one working on these stories and as we have a restarted accessibility initiative and these kind of stories should be taken into account and planned to be developed by that initiative. Of course, the content here is still relevant and can be used for creating further plans once concrete steps to implement these stories are being taken.
