RTE: Anchor styles set in TSconfig not present in wizard since 6.2.20

Description

Since 6.2.20 RTE anchor atyles set in TSconfig are not present.
The drop-down fields in the wizard are just empty.

  • If a link in RTE is present because it was set before upgrade, the style attributes do appear within the RTE top bar but not within the wizard.
  • If a new link is set through wizard without style, the style can be set afterwards with the RTE top bar.
  • Downgrading to 6.2.19 does solve the problem but leaves a security hole in the core.
