Transfer Selection when editing the be user rights

Description
It would be really helpful for integrators while editing be user rights to transfer the selection from "view tables" to the "edit tables" selection with just one mouse click
IMHO the interface should be rethought: now for example it would be possible to have an user that has no right to see a table, but can modify it (??)
I would unify both the tables in one and add a "modify" column with checkboxes that become active only if you have already checked the "view" checkbox. I don't know if I made myself clear...

I think it is safe to close this issue for now - there has been no advancement on this feature request since years and currently there is the ongoing patch https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/83743 that goes in the direction of enhancing the UX of the ACL.
If you think that this is the wrong decision please reopen it or open a new issue with a reference to this one.
