New Functionality

Webmaster/editor would like to move from stage Validated to Published automatically by giving a different publication date for each page in a single workspace
In tYPO3 7.6 Workspace Module the edited content (in draft) should be published automatically based on a date given if it is in Ready to publish stage.
Solution
--------
When editing a single content there should be a publishing date option for the editors to choose , so that when it is in ready to publish stage it will be automatically published. We could write a scheduler task for auto publishing the task based on the date entered by the editor.

Resetting the target version. No features will be included in 6.2 anymore. Same is true for 7.6. Only master branch may have new features.

On version 9.5.14 (and later) Workspace items can be configured with the fields Publish access [publish_access] and Auto-publish changes on (requires scheduler task) [publish_time]
Does this cover the proposed feature? Is there something left that should be done?

I think the feature request here is to have the option to publish pages in a workspace at different times - not the whole workspace at once (which is possible already).
Automatically publishing workspace content is available since 2010-07-06:
Added feature #14994: Add Scheduler task for autopublication of workspaces [which in reality was #23096]
Example:
- One workspace for editors
- Editors change page 1 and page 2, set them ready to publish
- Page 1 shall be published automatically on thursday
- Page 2 shall be published automatically on friday
Currently, workspaces only allow to publish all ready-to-publish pages of a workspace at once at a given point in time.
