In order to give ViewHelpers a common API for evaluating a condition and aside from that rendering everything according to the base ViewHelper (and thus inheriting support for things like f:else with "if" argument!) we need to make evaluateCondition on AbstractConditionViewHelper public.
Also applies to current LTS.
The same change is expected in standalone Fluid, too.
