There are several category tree TCA configuration options which can be removed.

1. allowRecursiveMode setting

it is not working for a while and the documentation vs implementation was off - see https://forge.typo3.org/issues/77074

1. recursive selection button
   - it was not widely used as nobody expected that the green "refresh" icon is related to recursive selection
   - When implemented 4 years ago, the purpose of this button was to ease handling o "record storage page".
   But now we have "recursive" select box using which user can set recursion level

1. Width
   Right now it's 280px by default but can be tuned through TCA.

It should be 100% by default to be more accessible for trees with multiple levels and responsive backend

1. autoSizeMax

when autosizemax was present, it was used as max-height, and 'size' was used as min-height

autosizemax can be dropped and size can be used as max height
