The settings for the fileoperations don't get respected
Easy example:
- BE-User with permisisons on "File->Filelist" + no rights to view/edit tables + READ ONLY for files and directories by "permssions for fileoperations"
The result if the user uploads a file by "File->Filelist": it works.
At this moment the TYPO3-Filemanagement is no longer useable for me!!
