Remove the dotted lines in page tree. This design is known from explorer (windows) or finder (apple).
The effect is that pages which contain subpages will be more highlighted.

It is really hard to follow the tree without these lines and is it really easy to get lost.
We will not remove the lines for now with the current solution of the nesting we have.
