Description

When rendering a HMENU
with a page of doktype external and having set config.extTarget = _blank
and setting no target in page settings which results in default (_top) target being used.

It should probably be enough to modify the $LD['target'] if it isn't se in AbstractMenuContentObject in case of DOKTYPE_LINK.
