Description

The constants TYPO3_cliKey and TYPO3_cliInclude are removed,
same goes for $GLOBALS['temp_cliScriptPath'] and
$GLOBALS['temp_cliKey'] which have been marked as deprecated
and not used in CLI context anymore.
