Description

composer install fails with the following exception:

[ErrorException]                                                                                                     
  ZipArchive::extractTo(C:\abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzabc/vendor/composer/3596509a/TYPO3-TYPO3.CMS-37ad006\typo3\sysex  
  t\core\Documentation\Changelog\8.0/Feature-74319-CheckDefaultDatabaseCharacterSetDuringInstallationAndProvideUpdate  
  WizardForFixingDefaultCharacterSetOtherThanUtf-8.rst): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

It seems that the full path is to long. If I rename the basedir to C:\abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzab (removing the last char) the composer install command works.

TYPO3 Version ist 8.5.1

Same issue is still present with 8.6.1:

This should have been solved with https://review.typo3.org/53599 that adds a script that checks the path length; I close this issue for now.
